Yield 4 Servings Preparation time 15 minutes Ingredients 16 oz Sea Scallops 1 t Sea Salt 1 t Black Pepper (fresh ground) 1 T Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Instructions Toss the scallops with the salt and pepper, then add the oil to coat lightly.Grill over hot coals for a few minutes, just long enough to start to caramelize. Turn over and sear on the other side, then get them off the heat before they dry out. Notes These are great with Pineapple Salsa!
