Trout Baked with Thyme and Lemon

"Trout Baked with Thyme and Lemon"This French trout dish is easy to prepare and you can have it on the table in half an hour. Besides the fish, it uses only 5 ingredients that you probably have in the house already, so it's a good recipe to know if you're sometimes lucky enough to get fresh trout!

Ingredients
1⁄4 c Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 T Dried Thyme
1 T Lemon Juice
2 Bay Leaf
2 Trout (Cleaned)
1⁄2 t Coarse Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Brush a little of the oil in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the oil, thyme, and lemon juice.
  4. Put the bay leaves in the pan where you can put the fish on top of them.
  5. Set the fish in the pan opened up.
  6. Brush them generously with most of the oil mixture, saving a little.
  7. Close the fish and brush the tops with the remaining oil. 
  8. Sprinkle the salt on top.
  9. Bake 20 minutes at 375.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
