Yield 6 Servings Preparation time 5 minutes Ingredients 1 Basic Pie Crust 3 lb Apples (Peeled, cored, and sliced) 2 T Butter (diced) 1 T Sugar 2 T Flour 1 t Cinnamon 1 t Demerara Sugar Instructions Preheat oven to 350.Roll out bottom crust and line a pie plate with it. Toss sliced apples with flour-sugar-cinnamon mixture and diced butter. Lay top crust over the filling and crimp the edges together. Brush lightly with water and sprinkle Demerara Sugar on top.
