This is a mild, interesting sausage of pork and beef stretched with potato. It made a fine accompaniment to Bruna Bonor (Swedish brown baked beans).
I buy potatiskorv at Crown Bakery in Worcester.

Instructions
Prick the sausage all over with a needle to prevent it from bursting. Then simmer is in salted water for about 45 minutes. Remove gently from the water, as it breaks easily.
