These were a showy and delicious finish to a summertime Actifio Pot-Lucks when we were breaking in a new grill.
They are a great option for a summer cook-out. The grilling softens and sweetens the pears, and then the final torching caramelizes them. The flavor is memorable, and so is the preparation!
