Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Description
This is part of the Buche de Noel master recipe.
Yield
1 batch
Preparation time
10 minutes
Ingredients
8 oz Cream cheese (at room temperature)
1⁄4 c Butter (at room temperature)
1 1⁄2 c Confectioner's Sugar
2 t Vanilla extract
1⁄2 c Unsweetened Cocoa (more or less, to taste)
Instructions
  1. Cream the Cream Cheese and Butter together, then add the Confectioner's Sugar slowly.
  2. Add the Vanilla Extract.
  3. Add the Cocoa slowly until well combined.
  4. Keep at room temperature until needed.
