Ingredients
1 c All Purpose Flour
1⁄2 c Butter (Unsalted) (Melted)
1⁄4 c Confectioners sugar
2 Eggs
1⁄2 Lemon (Juice of)
1 c Sugar
1⁄2 t Baking Powder
1⁄2 t Grated lemon zest
Instructions
- Combine flour, confectioners sugar, and melted butter and press into an 8x8-inch square pan.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350.
- In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients.
- When the crust is cooked, add the lemon filling and bake 25 minutes more.
- Cool, slice into squares, and dust with powdered sugar.
