Income Tax CocktailThis tasty treat with an unappetizing moniker is a variation on the old Bronx cocktail, with added bitters... I guess that's where the name comes from!

Try this with a citrusy gin like Plymouth Gin, or else with one of the softer New England-made  American Gins like Barr Hill Gin, Karner Blue Gin, or Wire Works Gin

Preparation time
5 minutes
Ingredients
3⁄4 oz Sweet Vermouth
3⁄4 oz Dry Vermouth
3⁄4 oz Orange Juice (fresh squeezed)
1 1⁄2 oz Gin (try a floral Karner Blue or Wire Works)
2 ds Angostura Bitters
Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Orange zest for a garnish is pretty but optional.

Notes
Also try 1 dash Angostura and 1 dash orange bitters.
