JupiterThe Jupiter cocktail is a grim, grey-gold thing with a curious flavor - good to spark conversation but maybe not a keeper. The most interesting thing about it is the way the two minor ingredients, orange juice and Parfait Amour liqueur, transform a basic 2:1 Martini into something so peculiar.

Ingredients
2 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Dry Vermouth (something light, like Stock)
1 t Orange Juice
1 t Parfait Amour (or Creme de Violette)
Instructions
Shake with ice and serve ungarnished in a cocktail glass.
