Hard Sauce

Description

This is the classic accompaniment to Christmas Pudding.

Preparation time
5 minutes
Ingredients
1 lb Butter (Unsalted) (At room temperature)
12 oz Confectioner's Sugar
4 T Brandy
Instructions

Whip together ingredients until fluffy. Add more sugar or brandy to taste. Chill and serve cold on hot Christmas Pudding.
