This super-fast, super easy, recipe is adapted from the Cream Biscuits in James Beard's Beard on Bread.
They are great hot from the oven and drizzled with a little honey or light Maple Syrup

Ingredients
1 cBisquick
1⁄2 cHeavy Cream
1 TSugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Combine the cream, Bisquick, and a little of the sugar. Stir lightly with a wooden spoon until ingredients are combined.
OPTIONAL: add some currants, or orange zest, or whatever suits your fancy.
Roll into golf-ball size balls, then flatten into hockey pucks.
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Demerara sugar is nice if you have it.
