Yield 1 two-crust pie Preparation time 1 hour Ingredients 2 c Pastry Flour 1⁄3 c Sugar 1⁄8 t Salt 12 T Butter (Unsalted) (chilled and chopped) 6 oz Cream cheese (at room temperature) 1⁄2 t Vanilla extract Instructions Sift the dry ingredients together.Cut in the butter and cream cheese until it resembles coarse bread crumbs.Knead briefly on a cool board.Wrap and chill until needed, at least 45 minutes.
