A very simple and delicate recipe for pork chops sauteed in butter
4Pork Chop (dry-marinated with salt and herbs)
Melt the butter in a skillet.
When the foam subsides, add the shallot and sage leaves. Sautee until the shallot is golden.
Push the shallot and sage to one side of the pan and cook the chops in the butter until done, about 5 minutes on a side.
Put two sage leaves on each chop and serve.
