Yield 20 Servings Preparation time 5 minutes Ingredients 1 c Hellman's Mayonnaise 1 T Lemon Juice (Fresh Squeezed) 1 T Onion (Minced) 1 T Coarse Sea Salt (unrefined) 1⁄2 c Dill, Dried (or more if you like) Instructions Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled with Cold Poached Salmon. Garnish with lemon zest, dill, and some shellfish.
