Brad's Dry Rub

Description

This is the rub to season Brad's wonderful Pulled Pork.

 

Yield
8 lbs pork
Preparation time
5 minutes
Ingredients
1⁄2 c Sea Salt
1⁄2 c Turbinado Sugar
1⁄2 c Brown Sugar
1 T Granulated Garlic
1 T Granulated Onion
2 T Paprika
2 T Chili Powder
2 T Black Pepper (freshly ground)
2 t cayenne
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and store in an airtight container.
