Cadillac Mountain Stout with Oysters and Shrimp

Cadillac Mountain Stout with OystersI really do like the combination of briny oysters with a good dry stout. The Cadillac Mountain Stout from Bar Harbor Brewing did not disappoint. It is an excellent stout in its own right, so it's no surprise that the classic combination is a winner.

I had some sauteed shrimp that went nicely with it, as well. I think this stout would do well with grilled bluefish or swordfish, too.
