Lefty's Maple Ale and a Steak

Lefty's maple Ale with a Grilled Steak

I acquired Lefty's Maple Ale at the SpiritHaus in Amherst. It is brewed by Lefty's Brewing Co. in Greenfield, MA. I enjoyed it with a grilled steak, which was a perfect companion, the maple accenting the caramelized sweetness of the outside while adding a very non-A-1 steak sauce sweet harmony to the rare inside.

I recommend this combination.

You can find reviews of Lefty's Maple Ale on Beer Advocate.
