By the time we got to Belfast, it was getting pretty late. we were a bit hungry, but we also knew we were soon going to be out of options as places closed for the evening. So we stopped at the Three Tides Restaurant attached to the legendary Marshall Wharf Brewing.
We had been there once before, and once again the food was excellent and the beer was brilliant. I had a long way to drive, so I had a small serving of their flagship Tug Pale Ale, and I really wished I could have more!
Marshall Wharf makes a lot of different beers, and they have consistently very high standards. As I write this, their beer is still not available except in growlers on on tap at Three Tides, but they say we will see cans this summer.
