Sea Clam Pie

By John, 9 August, 2012
Description

Cape Cod Sea Clam PieThis was a huge surprise! I made it for anthropological reasons - I had sea clams and I wanted to try them on an authentic recipe. This one suited my needs, but it doesn't read like much.

It was a huge hit! I tried it last night and almost could not stop eating it. I brought the leftover to work, and people dove into it, carving off slices without waiting to reheat it because the microwave was too slow.

This has earned a permanent spot in my summer repertoire, because I enjoy so much sea clamming off Plymouth Long Beach.

1 hour, 30 minutes

3 c Sea clam meat (ground)
