Ingredients
2 Swordfish steaks
2 T Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Salt and wipe fish dry with a paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in big skillet to quite hot.
  3. Sear swordfish about 5 minutes/side, depending on how thick the slices are and your desired degree of doneness.
