Personalizing a Recipe

The recipes I post were developed to my taste buds. Yours are different, so you should feel free to adjust as needed. I like hot, maybe you don't. If you are reading this, you are able to figure out amounts that satisfy your own taste buds, and those of your diners.

Experiment! If you mess up, eat it anyway and figure out what to do different. After all, isn't that what we all do when we try something new in a restaurant? "You know, this is good, but if I made it I would..."
