This was a huge surprise! I made it for anthropological reasons - I had sea clams and I wanted to try them on an authentic recipe. This one suited my needs, but it doesn't read like much.
It was a huge hit! I tried it last night and almost could not stop eating it. I brought the leftover to work, and people dove into it, carving off slices without waiting to reheat it because the microwave was too slow.
