The most important part of this whole affair for my fellow foodies is surely the menu. To understand the menu, you need to know four things first:
- Everything is served cocktail-party style: small plates and forks but nothing needs a knife and nobody sits at a table.
- Everything goes on in three different rooms, and each room has its own menu. This encourages guests to move about.
- Different foods appear over time, so the contents of each room are constantly changing.
- We serve many different items, none of them in great quantity. Pay attention because things do run out. This builds anticipation and chatter when something new appears. Fear not! Nobody goes away hungry.
The same applies to drinks. We have a variety of wines of all grades from $40 and up to $10 and below, all matched to the contents of the rooms. we have microbrews and nanobrews as well as more common ales of quality. We have artisanal sodas and mineral water, and Diet Coke. If you know what you like, we probably have it or can guide you to something close. If you want to discover something new to go with what you're eating, we have that too. And if you just need something to wet your whistle, you won't go thirsty.
