Ingredients
2 tAged Maple Syrup (Wood's Bourbon Barrel-Ages)
3 ozVermont Gold Vodka
1 dsOrange Bitters (I use Regan's)
Instructions
Put barrel-aged syrup in the bottom of a cocktail glass.
Shake vodka with ice, or take it from the freezer/snowbank.
Gently pour vodka over (not into) the syrup.
Add the bitters without stirring.
Drink in layers, finishing with the aged syrup chaser.
