Fresh Fruit Tart

Description

Plum TartA fresh fruit tart is not hard to make, if you have two basic recipes, good ingredients, imagination, and a steady hand.

It's realy more about havig a vision and executing it than it is about cooking.

Ingredients
1 tart shell (baked, empty)
2 c pastry cream
2 c fruit, sliced (your choice)
1 T Confectioner's Sugar (to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
  1. Spread the pastry cream inside the pasty shell.
  2. Arrange the fruit as desired.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
