1lbButter (Unsalted) (At room temperature)
12ozConfectioner's Sugar
4TBrandy (I use E&J VSOP)

Instructions

Whip together ingredients until fluffy. Add more sugar or brandy to taste. Chill and serve cold on hot Christmas Pudding.
