Italian Regional Cooking

is a big book with extensive information on each rgion of Italy. Sometimes it reads like a textbook, but it's the kind of textbook that makes you look forward to the homework!

Unlike Anna Del Conte's similar volume, this book covers all of Italy. This means if you want to cook a Neapolitan dinner or a Sicilian Dinner, this is the book you need.

This book was my primary resource for Lorna's Tuscan Birthday Feast.

The image above shows a newer edition than mine. Italian Regional Cooking has been around a long time. My copy is from the 1960s; I found it in a used book store on Cape Cod for only a few dollars. What a great investment!
