Atlas of American Artisan Cheese

The is a must for any serious cheese-hunter in New England. It lists scores of independent New England (and throughout the US) cheesemakers with a page for each and two pages for some. Each entry describes the cheesemaker, their location, they types of cheese they produce, and little reviews. The entries are sorted by state and region, with New England at the beginning, so you don't have to page through Michigan when you are looking for Massachusetts.
