Description

Grilled PearsThese were a showy and delicious finish to a summertime Actifio Pot-lucks when we were breaking in a new grill.

They are a great option for a summer cook-out. The grilling softens and sweetens the pears, and then the final torching caramelizes them. The flavor is memorable, and so is the preparation!

It helps to have a propane torch. These were made by Jon Choate, with help from Mark Woodward and his propane torch.
