Description

This delicious dessert-in-a-glass was the result of some tinkering with a Martinique rum that proved disappointing in a Daiquiri.  Once we figured out that the flavor profile was more Tiki than citrus, we made great progress. This was one of the winners we came up with. 

Ingredients

1ozRhum JM (100-proof amber)
1ozKahlua
1ozGodiva Chocolate Liqueur
1⁄2ozLight Cream

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocoa-rimmed cocktail glass.
